The categories are adjusted accordingly. Offers or searches from foreign categories and from those that are not represented in the standocc lists of categories may not be added.
Also, the advertisements may not include any links and other notes to sources and web sites of any kind.
4. Charges
The details regarding the collection of charges, payment types and conditions for payments for the services used are stipulated in our Subscription charges.
A contract is concluded as soon as advertisers have paid the charges for the advertisements or the subscriptions.
5. Liability
The operator is not liable to the advertiser, the user and third parties for the content and the up-to-datedness as well as the correctness of the entries made.
The advertiser must clarify issues regarding competitions and personality rights.
The operator endeavours to execute the offered service correctly.
No liability of any kind on the basis of occurring disturbances or failures of any kind is accepted.
No details may breach the Swiss or International Law.
